How to signup, login or create a games4eva account

On the home page, click "Sign up / Login", enter your details & create your account.

If you already have an account with us, then simply "login" as normal.

Level up tip!! - For a faster login experience, try signing in with the Facebook or Twitter buttons however please note, Games4eva recommends the most secure login would always be to use your username & password.

How to change, edit or update my profile information.

Once logged in, click the tab "Change account details". (This can be found at the top & bottom of the home screen).



Why am I not receiving email notifications?

If you have created an account with Games4eva but are not receiving emails, please double-check the email address you entered is 100% correct (no incorrect characters or capital letters, etc). Once completed, check your email junk folder. If your emails from us end up here, then we recommend for you to move them to your inbox & mark the email as "not junk" so this does not re-occur. Adding us to your "safe sender" list can also help result in you receiving emails to your inbox as opposed to your junk folder.



How can I submit a bug or error code I have encountered on the site?

Please submit any errors that you may encounter whilst you are using the site to (a screenshot with the web page address would be great:)



I want to close my account, how can I do this?

In the event that you wish to close your account, this can be processed once all of your orders & monthly seller’s fees invoices (if any) have been paid in full & completed. Closure of your account will result in the deletion of your private account data & once removed this cannot be reversed. Public information such as database submissions, reviews or social media comments will remain on the site in accordance with our "Terms & Conditions". Games4eva minimum age requirements 

Anyone can browse & explore the database without logging in, however, to create an account & benefit from the full features of games4eva, the minimum age requirement is 18.

Users under the age of 18 may get their parent or a consenting adult to activate an account on their behalf however, the adult account holder is held solely responsible for that account. Please take into consideration the law-abiding "Pegi age rating system" for video games as well as PayPal's minimum age requirement for an account which is also 18.
